
My {very picky} four year old asked me for seconds...need I say more?
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs lean ground beef or turkey
- 1 can (28 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 bag of frozen corn
- 1 packet chili seasoning
- 3/4 cup water
- salt to taste
- In a large skillet, brown meat until no longer pink. Drain. Transfer to Crock Pot.
- Combine all other ingredients in Crock Pot. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.
- Shredded Cheese and Cornbread. {Tip!} Mix 1 can Creamed Corn into your Cornbread mix
- Avocado and Sour Cream
